Chris Ricks serves as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Agile Elite Solutions, LLC, where he helps government contractors win and grow business through expert capture management, proposal management, sales management, and business development.

He is a retired Chief Master Sergeant with 23 years of distinguished military service, during which he led personnel, managed programs and budgets, and oversaw contract activities at senior levels of responsibility - experience that gives him a firsthand understanding of how government agencies operate and what they value in a contractor.

Following his military career, Mr. Ricks transitioned into the civilian government contracting sector, serving as Director of Business Development, where he built and executed capture strategies, managed competitive proposal efforts, and cultivated the customer relationships and strategic partnerships that expanded his organization's government footprint.

Mr. Ricks now applies this dual perspective - both a former military leader and a seasoned business development executive - to guide Agile Elite Solutions, LLC in helping government contracting businesses strengthen their pipelines, sharpen their proposals, and win more contracts.

Dr. Daylena Ricks serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Agile Elite Solutions, LLC, where she turns what a customer is actually trying to fix into a program that can be staffed, delivered, and measured.

She retired from the United States Air Force after more than 20 years, starting as a combat photojournalist and finishing as a Public Affairs Manager. The work never really changed: get to the truth of a situation fast, then put it in language a decision-maker can act on. That is the same discipline behind a capture strategy and a winning proposal.

Along the way she built the credentials to back it up - a Psy.D. in Educational Leadership, a master's in organizational and industrial psychology, and certification as an Air Force Mediator. As Education and Training Lead for the Department of the Air Force FFIT program, she designed and delivered instruction to more than 5,000 military personnel. She chaired Applied Doctoral Projects at the University of Arizona, guiding candidates from proposal development through final defense. Outside government she served as president of a nonprofit organization, running a $126K annual budget and 36 staff while growing membership and expanding programs, and as Vice President of Charitable Affairs awarded 16 scholarships totaling $56K.

Dr. Ricks now applies this combined perspective - a career communicator who knows how the government talks to itself, and an organizational psychologist who knows how to prove a program worked.
