Chris Ricks is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Agile Elite Solutions, LLC (AES), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that helps government and commercial organizations grow, compete, and deliver. He is a retired United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 23 years of service, during which he led personnel at senior levels, managed programs and budgets, and oversaw contract activities from the government’s side of the table.
Dr. Daylena Ricks is the Chief Operating Officer of Agile Elite Solutions, LLC (AES), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business serving government and commercial clients. She retired from the United States Air Force after more than 20 years, beginning as a combat photojournalist and finishing as a Public Affairs Manager.
